1. The price is the factory price, excluding taxes and transportation fees;

4. All products in our store are photographed by the owner with actual items. Due to differences in monitors, there may be slight color differences between the buyer's expectations. We will try our best to maintain consistent colors;

Transport Mode：
1. Small quantities of samples and goods are generally shipped by courier.
2. The entire shipment will be shipped through a logistics company. We can deliver it for free to the local courier station. However, the buyer needs to contact the logistics company themselves. We cannot guarantee the integrity of the product packaging after the transfer, so please contact your trusted logistics company to avoid any unnecessary losses;
3. The buyer assumes the freight costs.

After-sales service：
If the customer finds any quality issues with the product after receiving it, please contact the customer service staff immediately to discuss the options of exchange or replacement of the product.

关于货运： 

1. Please inspect the goods in the parcel in person after receiving it to ensure that the quantity is correct and that there are no disassembly or other abnormal conditions. Then, you can sign for the goods. If you or your family, friends, classmates, or gatekeeper agree to sign for the goods, it indicates that you have confirmed the receipt of our goods and have no objections. If you find any abnormal conditions with the goods at the time of inspection, please refuse to sign for the goods and contact our store in time.

2. Small quantity samples and goodsUsually send by courier.One piece or less: 5 yuan,every increase1 piece, additional freight charge: 4.00 Yuan。

Large orders, in general, are shipped via logistics (recommended for buyers to contact the logistics company directly) with freight collected upon delivery. Please communicate in advance regarding payment terms such as prepayment or delivery. If buyers need to pick up the goods at the logistics company's door, please provide the logistics phone number for someone to meet and greet. 3.Generally, courier companies will contact you before delivery. Please ensure that your address is correct and your phone is accessible, as a disconnected number may cause delays.If the package is delayed due to reasons such as 'stopped', 'shut down', 'rejected', 'not answered', 'unknown address', 'no one home', etc., please understand that it is due to personal reasons and you will be responsible for the return postage.
