If you encounter any quality issues or are dissatisfied with something, as long as you contact our customer service, we will take the initiative to solve the problem for you objectively, without shirking responsibility! Giving a mid-to-low rating at the slightest provocation is ineffective for both sellers and buyers. We are here to help you solve practical problems and improve our service level. Achieving a win-win situation is our goal.

If you find any quality issues with the order after receiving it, please contact our after-sales staff within three days of receiving the goods. Also, take photos of the defective goods with a digital camera, name the photos with the product code, and send them to our after-sales staff for verification. (Note: sending photos must also be within three days of receiving the goods. Any requests after this time will not be accepted. If you do not provide photos, we will not process your return request.) We will give you a response within 24 hours after receiving your after-sales request. The response will be divided into two types: exchange or return of the goods, or a direct refund.
   Clarification 1:The definition of a quality issue is a product flaw caused by mistakes in the manufacturing or assembly process that renders the jewelry completely unwearable. Specific instances include severe rusting, breakage, extensive discoloration, missing stones, or missing accessories, which significantly affect wearability. Small imperfections that do not affect wearability, however, we hope customers will understand and forgive, as jewelry is characterized by fashion and trends, and some imperfections are inevitable. We do not guarantee exchanges or returns for minor imperfections.
After the post-sale confirmation, you can mail the quality problem goods back to our company. Please negotiate the specific mailing method with the after-sales specialist. We will bear the postage for the quality problem. You need to prepay the postage, and we will refund it to your account after receiving the goods. We do not provide separate shipping for return or exchange items; please put the exchange goods in your next order. Note: Our company does not accept return shipping by ordinary mail. Please leave your name and phone number on a small piece of paper when sending, and list the goods details in a form of a list for us to check after receiving the goods. (If you do not write the above information, we will not accept the return of the goods. The consequences are your own responsibility.) Please understand!
