Explanation of Unable to Modify Orders

After you confirm your order (by clicking "Confirm without error, make payment"), the order system will process it automatically. It is not possible to modify the products and amounts in the already generated order.

Suggestions for the 'Modification of Goods' matter

We suggest you cancel the order and place a new one.

A, If you have not yet made the payment, the transaction will be automatically closed by the Ali platform after 5 days. Additionally, you can also actively request to close the transaction through online Wang Wang, informing us the required cancellation order number, and we will promptly feedback our colleagues to help you close the transaction.

If you have already made the payment, we will not be able to close the transaction for you. Please contact us through online Alipay and, after completing the payment, log in to 'My Ali' under 'Purchased Goods' and click on the 'Refund' application. Once we receive your refund request, we will promptly inform our colleagues to process the refund for you.

If the customer service informs you that your goods have been shipped, please return them in time after receiving them. The return shipping fee will be at your expense.

D, if the product has been delivered to the customer and confirmed receipt within 15 days, and if there is no quality problem, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

E, if the receipt is confirmed for more than 15 days, no exchange or return will be allowed for any reason.

F, after confirming the receipt, if the customer needs to return the goods for their own reasons and it is truly necessary to exchange or return, the product can be recovered at a discounted price, and the specific details can be consulted with the customer service.

Legal dispute issues

If the sale contract cannot be negotiated through the Ali platform due to transaction issues, it should be submitted to the court of the seller's place of business (i.e., the People's Court of Chenghai District, Shantou City) for jurisdiction.
