 The items sold in our store are all hand-made toys, some of which are complex in workmanship and have numerous parts. However, all things have imperfections. Please consider the price when evaluating the goods. Most of the products we sell are domestic patriotic versions, so sometimes there may be minor flaws such as light oiling or peeling that do not affect normal viewing. These are not quality issues. If the actual product does not have quality problems, it cannot be used as a reason for returning or exchanging the goods. Therefore, please carefully consider when selecting. Individuals who cannot accept the above terms should be cautious when shooting!

 Default shipping method for self-collection without shipping fee is by logistics. If there are many figures or the distance is far, we suggest customers request a wooden crate to prevent damage or loss during transportation. If there are many products in the order and no wooden crate is used for logistics shipping, and damage occurs due to logistics transportation, the store is not responsible for compensation.

  We need you to check the goods on the spot when the courier arrives to ensure that there are no damage, leakage, or missing issues during the logistics process. If you encounter any of the above problems, please refuse to accept the goods on the spot and have the courier return them. We will resend them to you or process a refund. Otherwise, any damage caused by transportation will be your responsibility. • Shipping time, after payment within 48 hours, normally we will arrange processing and shipping as soon as possible after receiving the payment. In case of any special circumstances, please contact us through Alipay.

• Some products may still be available for sale despite being sold out, or there may be cases where the products have not been removed from the shelves or notified. It is recommended that you contact the store's customer service before placing an order, or agree to the terms of shipping the products once they are available or refunding your money if they are not.

We charge the freight upfront and the actual cost will be determined by the courier/logistics company.
