Generally, the whole shipment is sent by logistics or express, with a minimum of 10 boxes sent by logistics and below 10 boxes by express. 2. The freight is paid upon receipt and self-collection. After the goods arrive, the logistics will notify you at a designated place. You need to bring your ID card to personally pick up the goods. Due to the vastness of the Chinese territory, we do not know how far the logistics destination is from you. We can only guarantee that the goods will arrive in your city, but cannot guarantee that they will arrive near your residence. 3. If you have a specified logistics, please provide us with the logistics phone number, and the driver will deliver the goods to the specified logistics receipt point. If you only provide the name of the specified logistics (there are thousands of Yiwu logistics), it is equivalent to looking for a needle in a haystack, which is difficult to find! 4. In the absence of a specified logistics, we will send a dedicated logistics (which is relatively economical and practical). Some dedicated logistics do not have names, such as: Yiwu to Chengdu or Kunming receipt points.

Secondly, for the "one piece minimum order" items, we have set up shipping fees. If you need to ship in bulk, please contact our customer service to modify the shipping fee. For large items, we usually send express delivery, which is similar to courier services. We also provide door-to-door delivery. If you need to pay for the fee, please contact our online customer service to modify the shipping fee. By default, the courier is YTO or Yunda.

III. After we ship the goods, we will leave the logistics order number and tracking information in the back-end. If you need to trace the progress of the cargo, please open the back-end, call the logistics phone provided in the back-end, and report your order number to make an inquiry;

IV. The logistics speed is uncertain due to the logistics business situation, the distance of the journey, and the weather conditions. Normally (excluding the day of shipment): within Zhejiang Province, it generally takes 2 days to arrive, and it takes 3-5 days to reach the provincial capital cities (Xining, Urumqi, Harbin takes 5-7 days). County/prefecture-level cities require an additional 1-2 days for transfer (part of the remote areas extend 3-5 days). Some developed counties/prefecture-level cities have direct logistics, with the same speed as the provincial capital cities. The specific logistics speed still depends on the actual arrival time of the logistics company. What we can do is to deliver your goods in time, but we cannot control the speed of logistics transportation. We hope you can understand!

V. Logistics costs vary due to factors such as the distance, the volume and weight of the goods, whether there is a transfer, and the quantity of the goods. The price is subject to the actual payment upon arrival. We do not accept rejection or return of the goods due to logistics costs once they have arrived. If the buyer rejects or returns the goods due to the cost, they will bear the round-trip logistics costs!
