Order Instructions:

1. All products in our store are made to order and do not have stock. We support one-time distribution (after placing an order, returns and exchanges are not supported. Please be cautious if you are concerned about this).

2. Product styles are fixed, and the images are universal across the entire store. You can customize the patterns based on the existing product styles (custom patterns do not incur additional charges, but you need to provide a pixel-based original image with a resolution of 1000 or more, for one piece of custom design).

3. Product production cycle for packaging products is 1-3 days.

4. The default delivery method for our store is (YTO Express)

5. We are looking for distributors and agents, supporting cross-border platform one-time distribution, including Amazon/AliExpress/Wish/eBay/Lazada/Shopee/Shopify, etc.

6. The shape and material of the products in the store are fixed, and the custom is the pattern. One product can be fitted with many images, as long as the images in the store can be produced.

7. The product size is measured by hand, and please allow for 1-2CM of error due to different measurement methods (please be cautious if you are sensitive to this).

8. Regarding color difference issues, due to the different display settings of various monitors, there may be slight color differences between products and images. Please refer to the actual items for accuracy.

9. Shipping lead time: Orders placed before noon on weekdays will be shipped the same day if the quantity is small, within 2 days during weekends, and within 3-5 days for large quantities and during peak seasons.

10、The default shipping method for our products is bare-bundle, with only an OPP plastic bag for protection against dirt (no hanging tags, ingredient labels, production information included).
