Quality Definitions

C has obvious stains (approximately the size of a coin corner), and you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt (counting from the date of signing the receipt). Exchanges will not be accepted after the deadline; the returned goods must be brand new and unused, cannot be washed, and cannot be damaged by human intervention. They must retain the original packaging and accessories intact, and the original seal must be returned; we do not accept items with a cash-on-delivery (COD) delivery, otherwise we will not process them.

The following conditions do not fall within the scope of quality issues for exchanges:

1. Odor issues (some fabrics may have a peculiar odor due to special processing. Some warehouses may have an odor).

2. Loose threads or open seams in certain areas.

3. Light-colored fabrics with slight stains (may occur during production and sales process).
4. The quality of the fabric or the degree of transparency (there is no standard, it is a matter of personal perception and expectations, which cannot be objectively defined and delineated. Please understand.)
5. Used and washed goods cannot be exchanged.
6. If you do not contact us and provide a reason for the return, we will not process the item that you send back without permission.
7. Special price goods do not accept returns or exchanges.

Special Announcement: Due to the daily quantity of goods, we will try our best to match the colors as you requested. If there are colors for styles with a large color range and we make a mistake with a few colors, it is normal.
