The items sold in our store are all hand-made toys, some of which have complex workmanship and numerous parts. However, all things have flaws. Please consider the price when evaluating the goods. Most of the products we sell are domestic patriotic versions, so sometimes there may be minor flaws such as light oiling or peeling that do not affect normal viewing. These are not quality issues. If the actual product does not have quality problems, it cannot be used as a reason for returning or exchanging the goods. Therefore, please carefully consider when selecting. Individuals who cannot accept the above notice should be cautious when shooting!

Default shipping method for self-pickup without shipping fee. If there are many figures or the distance is far, we suggest customers recommend using a wooden crate to prevent damage or loss during transportation. If there are many products in the order and the shipping method does not use a wooden crate, any damage caused by the logistics during transportation, the store is not responsible for compensation.

We need your dear presence when the courier arrives to ensure that you personally inspect the goods for any damage, leakage, or deficiencies during the logistics process. If any of these issues are found, please refuse to accept the delivery on the spot and have the courier return it. We will resend the goods or process a refund for you. Otherwise, any damage caused by transportation will be your responsibility. • Shipping time, after payment within 48 hours, normally we will arrange processing and shipping as soon as possible after receiving the payment. In case of any special circumstances, please contact us through Alipay.
• Some products may still be available for sale despite being sold out, or there may be cases where the products have not been removed from the shelves or notified. It is recommended that you contact the store's customer service before placing an order, or agree to the terms of shipping the products once they are available or refunding your money if they are not.
