【Return and Exchange Basic Principles】

1. If there are any quality issues, please take photos and contact our customer service. (Customers who receive the zero-cut package after signing must open the package. If there are any problems, please refuse to accept it on the spot.) If there are no quality issues, we will not refund the goods.

2. Color Difference Issue: All the photos of our store are taken from actual products, and the styles completely match the images. However, due to differences in monitors, lighting during photography, and equipment, there may be some color difference issues. We will try our best to minimize the color difference caused by these reasons to the least extent possible. However, if you cannot tolerate even a little color difference, please be cautious when making a purchase.

3. Subjective issues: Dislike, unsuitable for oneself, subjective imagination with a gap, etc., do not belong to quality problems due to subjective reasons.
