Return and Exchange Policy:
If there are any quality issues with the goods or if they are sent in error due to our mistake, we will offer you a free exchange (provided that you send them back via courier; the return postage is the customer's responsibility, and the sending postage is our responsibility). If you choose to return the goods directly, we will only refund the purchase price, and we will not be responsible for the return postage. The refund for the purchase price will only be 80%!

You can apply for a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the goods (starting from the date of signing the receipt), and we will not accept any claims after the expiration! The returned or exchanged goods must be brand new and unused, cannot be washed, and cannot be damaged by human intervention. They must retain the original packaging and accessories intact, and be returned in their original sealed condition. We do not accept items that are sent back as a courier payment. Otherwise, we will not process any claims!
The following conditions do not fall within the scope of quality issues for exchanges:
1. Odor Issue. (Some fabrics may have a peculiar odor due to special processing. Some warehouses may have an odor due to storage.)
2. Loose threads or open seams in some places
3. Light-colored fabrics with slight stains (may occur during production and sales process)
4. Fabric quality or transparency (there is no standard, it depends on personal perception and expectations, and there is no clear definition. Please understand.)
5. Used and washed goods cannot be exchanged.
6. If you do not contact us and provide a reason for the return, we will not process the item that you send back without permission.
7. Special price goods do not accept returns or exchanges.
