1. Regarding shipping:

1. For orders paid before 3 PM, we will try to ship them on the same day. Generally, shipping takes no more than 48 hours. 2. Courier services cooperated by this company: Yuantong Courier and Huitong Courier. If you need to specify SF Express or another courier, additional shipping fees will apply; please contact customer service for details. If the quantity of goods is large, logistics services can be arranged; please confirm with customer service.

II. Regarding Delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation, damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there is any shortage, damage, or quality issue, do not sign for or take the goods yet. Contact us at the courier or freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for, it will be considered accepted without any objections.

III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1. Exchange or return if there is no quality issue;

If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, if more than 7 days have passed after confirming receipt, and damage occurs due to shipping back the item, a 20% discount on the original price will be given for a refund. If more than 1 month has passed, we do not offer returns or exchanges without quality issues. If there is no other option, please contact our customer service. For products with free shipping, shipping fees will be deducted. Note: (The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.)

2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:

If defective or damaged items are returned by scattered buyers, we will cover 5 yuan of shipping fee; the excess amount must be borne by the buyer. For long-term wholesale customers who purchase in bulk, if they can accumulate a certain quantity, they can return it via logistics shipping, and we will cover the direct shipping cost to Yiwu. The profit from wholesale sales is too low, so we share the business risks together. Please understand.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic products are not, so it is possible that the outer box may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the goods before signing for delivery. A 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering, but not a separate replacement. The transportation is handled by a third-party courier service, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
