Minimum order quantity for products:

All of our products are custom-made and do not allow returns or exchanges. For custom products, you need to provide the width, height, accessories, and model of the finished curtains. The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per box for the same color and size; orders must be placed in full boxes without mixing different items. Our delivery time is typically within 3–7 days after receiving the payment, with the delivery period negotiated with customer service for bulk orders.

Regarding overseas customers:

The customer shall contact the freight forwarder to confirm weight limits, width restrictions, and other issues. Product-related issues should be handled within the Chinese mainland.
