Pre-sale instructions

Our store sells mostly domestic products, with some being official website images. Merchants should understand that you get what you pay for. We can only guarantee that the quality of our products matches the price. All products in our store are subject to the actual received items.

After-sales instructions;

If you encounter any quality issues, please contact our customer service within 15 days. We will not accept any claims after 15 days. For items sold, we do not support exchanges or refunds once the sale is completed, unless there are quality issues.

 

Regarding color differences: Due to factors such as lighting, color deviations on displays, and personal interpretations of colors, it is inevitable that there will be some degree of color discrepancy between the actual goods and the images. Please refer to the actual goods for the color of the product! Such issues do not fall under the category of quality problems with the goods.

About defects: All the goods sold by our store are brand new. Please rest assured to purchase! After careful inspection by our staff, they will be sent only after confirmation. Occasionally, there may be extremely minor issues, such as loose threads, needle holes, uneven coloring, etc. Perfectionists may not be satisfied. Please be informed.
About delivery: If you have not paid the shipping fee, the default method is to send the goods by self-pickup logistics with freight collect. If you choose to pay the courier fee immediately, please contact the customer service to change the shipping fee; if you choose to pay the courier fee on delivery, if you have any doubts about the courier fee, please contact the courier company, we will not assume any additional courier fees.

We need your dear presence when the courier arrives to ensure that you personally inspect the goods for any damage, leakage, or missing items during the logistics process. If any of these issues are found, please refuse to accept the delivery on the spot and have the courier return the goods. We will resend the goods to you or process a refund. If you sign for the delivery, we will assume that you have accepted the quality and integrity of the goods.

Purchasing Terms

For each order shipped from an online store or a physical store, if the total amount is less than 500 yuan, a handling fee of 5 yuan (box fee) will be charged. Orders over 500 yuan will not be charged!

Wholesale profit is thin, and when we agree to a return without any reason, you will bear the double-way shipping costs. In addition, for any other issues related to returns and exchanges, each party will bear the shipping costs for the return.
