8. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company in a registered mail parcel. The customer will pay for the shipping costs. For customers in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions, we can negotiate the return shipping by express. After receiving the goods, the company will reimburse the shipping costs and the actual product costs based on the post office's list. If the customer returns the goods without communicating with the customer service, we will not accept the return;
