1. Only when you have a clear and specific intention to order (including product model, quantity, and printing requirements) can our company provide you with related product samples. Due to the limited inventory of samples, we regret to inform you that we cannot establish a gift company or store samples for customers to choose from, as we are unable to meet the requirements of bulk purchases of product samples. Please understand.

2. For all sample requests to our company, whether the product is large or small, or the quantity is large or small, a deposit for the sample is required.

3. After the formal contract is signed, the sample deposit will be applied to the purchase price of the ordered products, which means that the sample is free of charge to you.

4. After our company receives the relevant payment, we will arrange to send out the product samples immediately.

5. The courier fees for sending samples are borne by the buyer, and the courier company will collect them on the spot when delivering the goods.

Customization Instructions:

1) About the prototype:

The product samples must be produced and made only after the formal contract is signed and the deposit is paid, and the sample fee will be charged accordingly. If the order quantity reaches 10,000 units after the formal order is placed, the sample fee will be refunded. The time spent on the sample is not included in the production period.

2) Logo Description:

Provide a complete CMYK format artwork, and provide the Pantone color card number.

The document format for the artwork is CDR, AI, or PSD, and the text should be converted to curves.

The products you ordered are household goods, which are mostly packaged in standard cardboard boxes. The packaging of the space cup inside is usually an OPP bag for each product, and the cup and candy boxes are usually packaged in color boxes. The logistics charge is based on the volume of the packing, as the products are relatively light, so the volume is usually the calculation standard. V. About Transportation

1）、The buyer is responsible for their own transportation or we can arrange it for you. The transportation costs are the buyer's responsibility. You should know that there is no uniform freight standard in the transportation industry. Their fees generally depend on the distance and the condition of the goods, and there are certain differences in fees at different times and different freight stations. This mainly depends on the number of trucks available on that day. As our customer, we will compare the prices and choose one of the most economical and secure freight stations for you. We will inform you of the goods' tracking number and contact information as soon as possible in the most convenient way.

2) When the goods arrive, it is generally necessary for the buyer to go to the local freight point to pick up the goods themselves. If delivery to your door is required, the local freight point will charge a certain delivery fee.

3)、Some logistics companies cannot reach some areas, so please discuss the transportation route with us before placing an order. Only when we recognize the transportation route can the transaction be completed.

4)、The freight time varies according to the distance, please consult the store for the specific location. All products are shipped only after careful inspection. Please inspect the goods in person when you pick them up to ensure the protection of your rights. Before signing for the delivery, please carefully check the quantity and product model. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately. If there are any damages during transportation, please claim directly from the freight company. (Please ensure that you open the box to inspect the goods when you inspect them. If you sign for the delivery without careful inspection and discover damage caused by transportation, the freight company will refuse to compensate, which may lead to unnecessary losses for you.)
