About the product:

However, it is difficult to avoid the occurrence of missed or wrongly judged phenomena in the production inspection process of such industrial products, and the logistics transportation process may also cause damage to the products. If you find any defective products after receiving the goods, please contact customer service to apply for compensation. For any damage that is not caused by human error within the product warranty period, we only offer replacement and do not repair. If you find any defective products in a small-scale use, please provide corresponding pictures and video proof after confirming with customer service. You do not need to send back the defective products (the buyer is responsible for destroying the defective products). The factory will directly send a replacement.

3、【关于发货时间】：The factory has a large stock of finished products and raw materials. We can ship within 48 hours for regular models in the thousands. If you need urgent delivery within 24 hours, please contact customer service. If the order quantity is large and needs to be produced in batches, we will confirm with you if it cannot be shipped within 48 hours.

4、【关于运费与物流】：When the order contains less goods, it will be sent by courier (Shentong, Postal, Jitubu, Yunda, etc.), and when there are more than one box of goods, it will be sent by logistics (Best, Yimidida, ZTO, etc.). 5. Custom Color Temperature and Lamp Shade Specifications:Our company has a large stock of conventional products in warm light and white light. If you need to customize products with a color temperature of 4000K and a B22 lamp head, please confirm the delivery time with our customer service. For custom products with a larger amount, you may need to pay a deposit in advance.

6、【"About prices and tax points":Online PriceAll prices are ex-factory wholesale prices without tax. As our company is a general taxpayer, we can only issue value-added tax invoices. If you need to open an invoice, you need to add 13% VAT.Due to the limited amount of monthly application tickets for the factory, if the order amount is less than 1000 yuan, it needs to be accumulated to issue a bill.
