Mixed Lot Instructions:

New customers can mix batch purchase of new products in different quantities at the actual price (freight charges will be determined by the freight station and will be based on the actual freight cost).

Shipping Instructions:

Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
Problem 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection.
Solution: After you sign for the courier package, please keep it safely until you have thoroughly checked it. Then, you can return it to the courier staff.

Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control.
