Emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds (but for products with factory quality issues, exchange can be negotiated, and the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. Our quotes are all without any fees from Chenghai factory price. Although our company has quality inspectors to conduct strict pre-production, production, and post-production inspections, the product quality is not a problem before shipment. However, due to various uncertain factors, we can only guarantee that 96%-98% of the product quality will be free of problems after arrival, and 2%-4% is within the scope of exemption.
7. After-sales Service:

1. All goods are subject to strict inspection and only those that meet quality standards are allowed to leave the factory. Any problems that arise after use are within the scope of exemption. However, our company will do our best to help resolve the issue within our capabilities.

2. Due to the uniqueness of toys, they cannot be compared with household appliances, therefore our company does not provide a three-pack policy for our products. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.

3. If there are serious quality problems with individual products, please provide proof within 24 hours after receiving the goods (no responsibility after this time limit), and our company will arrange for the solution based on the actual situation. For example: If the problem can be solved by providing accessories, the accessories and the ordered goods will be sent out together with the next shipment; If the problem can only be solved by returning the entire product, please return the complete product, but the transportation costs for the return will be borne by the customer. The returned product will be sent out together with the customer's next order.

2. Our products are 95% photographed in real life, which more truly reflects the essence of the product. Any slight differences due to lighting or photography are normal. If the buyer feels that the workmanship is somewhat rough, has flaws, is not of good quality, or is different from what they imagined, these are not quality issues.
