Return and Exchange Principles

Buyers must ensure that the product label has not been removed and the original packaging is intact, without affecting resale. When returning the package, ensure that it is fully packed with firm and pressure-resistant paper. If the pressure-resistant paper is insufficient or the anti-abrasion measures are incomplete, causing damage or wear, which affects resale, the warehouse will refuse to sign and return the goods to the customer. The loss due to damage will be borne by the buyer.
Please note, there must be a note left in the returned parcel, indicating: Buyer's ID, name, mobile phone number, reason for return or exchange (if exchanging, please provide the new address), etc. If there is no note, the warehouse cannot confirm that the parcel is yours, and cannot process your request in time. Please pay attention!
Please contact customer service for the return mailing address. Express services such as Shenton, YTO, Yunda, and ZTO can all reach the destination. Buyers must prepay the return shipping fee, and the warehouse refuses to accept any packages with payment on delivery (except for special instructions).

Recently, there are more cases of product damage and wear due to express delivery. Please pay attention when receiving the goods, and make sure to immediately inspect whether there are any quality problems. If there are quality problems, please contact the sender immediately by phone to confirm, and directly refuse to sign and return. If you find quality problems after 7 days from the date of receipt, the postage will need to be responsible by you.
