     1. We are the original manufacturer. E08 Menglu Humidifier is our patented product, with both appearance patents and evaluation reports. We have complete quality inspection reports and CE, ROSH, FCC certifications. If you need them, you can contact our customer service.

 2. Use tap water or boiled water for the humidifier, not pure water, distilled water, or any filtered water. Otherwise, there is a high chance of water accumulating on the tabletop.

 3. The product is divided into plug-in or charging models (dual-use charging and plug-in models), which will automatically turn off power after 4 hours of continuous spraying when plugged in, and after 8 hours of intermittent spraying; the charging model can be used offline for about 2 hours after being fully charged; long press for 2 seconds to turn on or off the ambience light.

 4. The product has a USB extension port, which can be used to plug in USB fans and USB night lights. It should be noted that when plugging in USB fans or night lights, whether it is the plug-in version or the charging version, you need to plug in the power cord to use it. The built-in battery is only for spray use.

 5. Do not move the metal plate at the spray nozzle. To facilitate your use, you do not need to take the cotton swab out to soak water (to avoid losing the spring), just fill the water to the top, cover it for 2 minutes or shake it up and down a few times, and you can start using it;

 We have two types of packaging boxes: yellow ones with our factory address printed on them (【Chinese leather-like boxes】) and neutral ones (【gift color boxes with both Chinese and English packaging】) suitable for gift merchants and traders. By default, we send the yellow boxes with our factory address. Therefore, if you need the ZTE gift boxes or if you need to apply your own labels on top of the gift boxes, you need to inform us in advance before placing your order.

 7. This link is set at the lowest price, with a starting bid of 10 pieces. We have reduced the shipping fee to the lowest possible, so clients ordering less than 500 pieces should pay directly after placing their orders. Clients ordering over 500 pieces should contact our customer service for appropriate discounts. Clients ordering less than 10 pieces should click the 'One-Time Distribution' window at the bottom right to make direct purchases. We will generally ship within 24 hours.
