Two, about the color difference and size issue

All products in our store are photographed with actual items and measured by hand. Due to factors such as lighting, resolution, and technology, there may be color differences. Dimensions may have an error of 1~3mm, which is normal. Please understand.

Three, our store has a sufficient number of precious items, so you can rest assured to purchase. If there is an occasional stockout that we fail to update in time, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible.

Four. About Returns and Exchanges

Please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt within 7 days. If there are any quality issues such as frame breakage, peeling, or large-area scratches on the lenses, you may contact customer service for a return or exchange. If it exceeds 7 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds and exchanges for non-quality issues (product is brand new and unaffected by secondary sales) are the buyer's responsibility.

As we are wholesale manufacturers, we cannot guarantee that every product is perfect and may have minor imperfections. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we hope you will understand!

V. Sign-Receipt Instructions.

When you receive the package, please do not sign the receipt immediately. Please open and inspect the goods in front of the courier to ensure that there are no damages or shortages. If the goods are damaged or the quantity is missing, please refuse to accept them! And contact the shopkeeper (contact information is on the courier receipt) immediately. Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity and integrity of the goods, and the shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company for the buyers! Please also understand that the shop will not bear the loss caused by the inconsistency of the goods, the lack or damage. If you have any questions after receiving the goods, please contact us!
