For bulk orders, the shipping time and arrangement should be subject to the warehouse's scheduled delivery date!

【Exchange or Return】

If you need to exchange or return the goods or have any questions about the product, please contact customer service immediately after receiving the goods. Do not return without authorization!

Buyer pays shipping costs

If the wrong style, color, or a large amount of unsolvable stains or damage are found on the goods, we will bear the shipping cost for sending them back to you. However, please note that if the damage is caused by human error or if the return is made without our staff's consent, any losses incurred will not be responsible for by our company.

All products in our store are photographed with actual items, and the products are subject to the actual received items. The data is measured manually. If you refuse to accept or return the products for subjective reasons such as not wanting, not ideal, or color difference, the shipping fee will need to be borne by you. The price of shipping included is the price that includes shipping, with a single shipping fee of 4-8 yuan. If you refuse to accept or return the goods, please deduct the shipping fee.

The product is not eligible for exchange or return service if it has been soaked in water, contaminated with stains, or has any wear or damage that affects resale. Please do not send items for exchange or return with a collect on delivery (COD) shipping method.
