1. Price: Due to the individual differences in leather quality, craftsmanship, and inner core styles, as well as the differences in the quantity of custom orders, the price may vary. For specific details, please contact our sales staff.

2、Sample Order: If a customer orders a custom notebook and needs to re-create a sample, and if such a sample is not available in our existing sample library, a sample fee is required. Once the sample is ready, it will be shipped to the customer for inspection. For subsequent orders, the sample fee can be partially applied to the purchase price, depending on the complexity of the customization.

3. Lead time: Our usual lead time is 5 to 7 days. During the peak season in the second half of the year, it may take a little longer. For urgent orders or special requests, we need to negotiate separately.
