1. Manufacturer's stock of genuine products

（1）All products of our factory are produced by ourselves, ensuring genuine products.

The color box patterns, product dimensions, weight, volume, and colors of products from different batches are all unique. If you have any concerns, please consult the customer service in advance to specify.

All product images are taken by hand, and there may be some color differences due to uncontrollable factors such as light, reference objects, and display devices. Buyers who are concerned about color differences should be cautious.

（4）Glass products are mass-produced for industrial machinery, and minor imperfections such as minor bubbles, lumps, and mold marks are normal phenomena. If you cannot accept minor imperfections, please do not purchase.

2、关于批发

One product, one specification, minimum order quantity of two boxes, please order in multiples of full boxes (the quantity per box is specified for each product). For product patterns, default shipping is random. If you have special requirements for patterns, please note them in your order or contact customer service.

Product is not available for retail, and we do not offer one-off shipment; if customers need to purchase samples, please contact our customer service, and the shipping cost should be consulted with the customer service.

3. About Shipping

（1）一般付款后2天内发货，定制产品3-4天发货，专版彩盒生产、包装需要一定周期，急单请联系客服。

（2）All goods are shipped through logistics, that is, general freight. Direct delivery is available to capital cities and major cities, while other cities and counties require a transfer.

（3）Freight collect, the general freight for 1 box is about 10-50 yuan (depending on the distance to each city), and the delivery charge is additional.

Transportation time: generally, direct delivery takes 2-4 days; if it requires a transfer, it takes 5-8 days. Upon arrival, the client is responsible for picking up the goods at the freight point. The pickup points are usually located in the suburbs or in the city's logistics center for freight. (Note: the pickup points cannot be guaranteed to be very close to you, as logistics can only reach the city or county level, not to each specific district).

(5) Rui Tai Glass provides the estimated freight costs and logistics transportation time for your reference only, and cannot make any guarantees regarding logistics.

(6) Please specify the logistics company you are familiar with and provide the name and contact information of the freight; if there is no specified logistics, we will arrange the logistics on our own.

4、关于售后

（1）When the customer picks up the goods, they need to open the box at the pickup point to check whether the packaging is damaged. If there are any damaged or lost products due to transportation issues, please take photos on the spot and have the logistics company issue a proof with a fresh stamp. Please provide this proof to us, and we will assist the customer in making a claim. Thank you!!

For damaged products, after negotiating with the logistics company, we will send replacement products or refund the damaged product's purchase price at the next order.

（3）If the goods are not picked up as required, and if there is any damage or loss due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
