1. About Shipping:

1. Default shipping time is 48 hours. In the event of special stock shortages, there may be delays. Shipping records without documentation will not be used as evidence. Colors are shipped randomly by default. We will try to meet the notes as much as possible. If you are concerned, please be careful when shooting.

2. Our store cooperates with courier companies such as YTO, STO, HTK. (If you need to specify a courier, additional shipping fees will apply.) The shipping fees vary by region for each courier company. For details, please contact our customer service. If you need to send goods by logistics, please contact customer service to modify the shipping fee. All logistics shipping fees are collect on delivery.

Section Two: About Receiving Goods

Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take the goods first, contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

III. About Returns and Exchanges

1. If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be refunded at 9.5% of the original price. We do not provide return and exchange services for goods without quality problems beyond one month.

2、Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which are not reasons for returning the goods.

 3. For long-term orders, we can accumulate damaged products for a unified return and exchange. If the total amount is 200 yuan or more, we will bear the transportation costs (we only bear half of the logistics to pay express delivery costs).

IV. All prices listed on our online store do not include tax or shipping fees. If you need a receipt, please make it known in advance, and add the corresponding tax to the invoice. The tax rate for a standard invoice is 6%, and the tax rate for a special invoice is 13%. By default, the toys in our store are intended for use by people over 14 years old, and no 3C information is required. Our products are mainly for cross-border e-commerce, and some do not have Chinese labels. Domestic customers are advised to purchase with caution!
