                           Explanation:

1.Customized Demand

    All of our products can be customized according to customer requirements. You can choose from our existing styles or provide your own samples for customization. The company can design a comprehensive rendering based on your changes to provide a reference. 

2.sample confirmation

   After the initial determination of packaging styles, sizes, materials, and prices, if the client requests, we can provide actual samples before mass production (Note: The company will charge a certain amount of sample fee. If the final confirmation is made, the sample fee will be deducted from the contract amount as payment) to enable the client to have a more intuitive understanding of the product details. 

3.Purchase Contract

   If there are no objections, both parties can sign the purchase contract (we have contract templates ready), and the contract will detail product information, delivery time, acceptance standards, and settlement methods, among other details. 

4.Payment Form

   In general, our company will charge 30% of the total amount as a deposit. The remaining amount must be paid in full before the delivery, and the goods will be collected by the logistics. 

5.Cargo Transportation

   Except for special instructions, the contract price is ex-works and does not include freight. In special circumstances, the customer may choose the appropriate transportation method as needed, and our company will arrange the transportation matters on their behalf. 

6.Service Tracking

   Within seven working days after the transaction is completed, our company will conduct a follow-up visit to track the quality, delivery period, and sales service awareness of the products, ensuring that the customer receives a satisfied product. We will win your trust and cooperation with our products, reasonable prices, and thoughtful service. If the customer has any doubts about the goods within 30 days after receiving them, they can contact Mr. Xie by phone, and we will solve the problem according to the specific situation.
