3. Quality Problems of Products

Firstly, I would like to state that our factory primarily deals in bulk wholesale. If there is a small flaw in the bulk products, please do not give a negative or low rating. We believe that most wholesale merchants understand this, and we kindly ask that when making evaluations, please exercise caution.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Quality issues: damage, bottom breakage, shoe surface breakage, delamination, large-area staining, contamination, and misallocation of goods. Please notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the goods and provide clear photos of the problem products.
