Grain Machine Function and Features
1. This series of products has a variety of models, suitable for a wide range of users, including fish, shrimp, pigeons, quail, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, pigs, sheep, deer, horses, and cattle.
2. Grains can be either crushed or uncrushed (as per user's preference) and can be directly added to the pelletizing process. Plants like straw, peanuts, sweet potato vines, and grass need to be crushed to a length less than 1cm before pelletizing.
3. The granules of this product series are uniform in composition, well-shaped, moderately hard, and have a smooth exterior. By default, the product is packaged with a die-pressing plate with a diameter of 4 mm. Customers with specific granule size requirements can customize: die-pressing plates with diameters of 3/6/8 mm, etc.
4, This series of products generates a lot of heat when working. The material can kill common pathogenic diseases and parasites by being squeezed into the molding plate by the press wheel, effectively preventing the occurrence of some diseases. The produced granules have a low moisture content, which is convenient for storage, and can maintain their original shape for a long time in water, thereby improving the utilization rate of feed.
