Usage Method:
1、Pour the appropriate amount of water into the kettle, making sure the level does not exceed the safety valve.
2. Pour the ground coffee into the filter basket, press it down slightly with the coffee scoop if necessary, and if you need a filter paper, place it on top of the coffee grounds.
Put the upper kettle on the lower one, and tighten appropriately.
4. Place the moka pot on the gas stove, electric stove, gas lamp, or alcohol stove for heating. (The electric oven is not allowed).
5. When you hear the sound of boiling water, switch to a low flame and wait for about 2 minutes. Then remove the moka pot from the heat source. This way of brewing coffee is very rich and strong.

Cleaning Method:
1. After the coffee maker cools down, unscrew the upper pot, remove the funnel, pour out the coffee residue, tap the funnel a few times to allow the residual coffee grounds in the middle to drain out.
2. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive materials or soda water, as this will damage the shine of the surface.
3. Long-term use may cause the bottom to change color due to hard water. Water mixed with vinegar can remove it.
4. After each coffee brewing, clean the silicone ring or rubber ring inside the cup.
Note: If you operate according to the above method, it can last for many years.
Notes:
1. Before using the new purchased moka pot for the first time, boil it at least three times with water to ensure the cleanliness of the pot.
2. The moka pot is not suitable for keeping coffee warm or re-boiling.
3. Remember not to cook it on a heating device without water.
4. Be sure to use ground coffee.
5. When using gas for steaming, do not turn the flame too high, or it may damage the handle.
6. Do not add water to the lower body beyond the safety valve. When the water boils, the gas will spray out from the safety valve, and the safety valve will lose its protective effect.
7. When filling the coffee grounds, do not press too hard, just slightly flatten the surface, as excessive compression could prevent the coffee from flowing out.
8. Before using the coffee cup, it's best to heat it with hot water to maintain the coffee's temperature.
9, When using the skin ring, be sure to note that the skin ring has two sides, the front and the back. It is important not to turn it upside down! Otherwise, the seal will not be tight and water may leak.
