1. About shipping fees: Our store defaults to using China Post, YTO, Postal, JD Express, etc. For multiple items, we can forward the goods through logistics. Since the box is a large item, sending it by logistics can save a significant amount of money. If you need to send the goods by logistics, please contact the customer service to adjust the price after you make the purchase. The logistics shipping fee can be paid upon receipt.
2. About after-sales service: Please inspect the product in the presence of the courier before signing for it. If there are any problems, you can directly refuse to sign. If you refuse to sign, you will not bear any responsibility. We can help you resend or refund.
3. About accessories: The accessories for the boxes may vary due to different production batches (including but not limited to: wheels, zippers, internal structures, handles, locks, and lining). Please be cautious when making a purchase if you are concerned about these differences. Please try to communicate clearly when inquiring!
4. Warranty: The store will provide lifetime warranty, free of spare parts and free guidance for installation.
