If the quantity of the goods is more, we will contact you for direct express delivery to save you on shipping costs. Please fill in the shipping cost of '0' when placing an order. Our customer service will calculate the weight and packaging weight of your order in the background, and then calculate the approximate shipping cost for you. All the shipping costs of our store's goods are on the payment form.

·The damage occurring during transportation will be borne by our factory.

We will do our best to pack the goods properly. Currently, we use a combination of inner boxes and outer boxes for packaging, which has a very low rate of damage. However, there are always unforeseen circumstances. If you encounter any damage, please contact our customer service immediately and provide photos of the damage. We will verify and compare the photos you provide to ensure the authenticity. If the damage is confirmed, we will calculate the value of the lost goods and process a refund by transfer.
