1. Inquiry: Please send over product detail images and provide information on the quantity, dimensions, thickness, weight, packaging requirements, whether the product meets the 6P or above environmental standards, and whether the freight is inclusive of tax. 2. Sample Making: The customer must specify whether to make the sample as is or to allow the use of substitute materials. To demonstrate sincerity and credibility, the customer must pay for the sample fee after the agreement is reached. Unless the order amount is particularly large, the sample fee is only allowed to be refunded in full or partially. If there are stock fabrics available, regular customers generally do not incur sample fees.

3. Sample production time: If stock fabric is allowed, the sample production time is generally 3 to 5 days. If the factory needs to order new materials for the sample, the production time will be extended by 5 to 9 days. Please understand this. After the sample is confirmed, the customer must pay the production deposit to start the production plan.

4. Current production capacity of the Kangsheng factory: 13,000 U-shaped inflatable pillows per day and 2,500 square pillows per day. Please calculate the lead time and provide a generous margin, if the order is particularly urgent, please indicate in advance so that our factory can arrange for overtime shifts.

5. Packing: Please emphasize any special requirements, especially the printing of card heads, labels, and the number of boxes. Both parties must reach an understanding to avoid significant losses.
