Operating Procedure:

 Baked Gummi Art is a handmade product that is deeply loved by children. It is made by filling colored pigments (oil paste) into patterns with borders and then baking them at high temperatures in an oven. After baking, the pigments solidify into a rubber-like state and can be peeled off from the paper or aluminum plate and pasted on smooth surfaces such as glass windows, mirrors, tiles, etc. It is a type of artwork. The product has bright colors and is simple to make. After completion, it can be pasted on smooth surfaces such as glass and refrigerators, enriching children's personal space and being deeply liked by young children.

Gel Painting Process:

Step 1: Trim the adhesive pattern to the outline, peel it off the white paper, and stick it onto the aluminum plate.Note: The pattern is a outline, not the entire pattern, and it needs to be assembled by yourself.

Step 2: After the pattern outline is assembled, place the previously used white paper on top of the pattern outline and press down firmly for about one minute. You can use a thick, flat book to press on top for better results.After pressing, please check the outline to ensure there is no gap between the aluminum and the sealant. This will prevent the paint from leaking when applying it.

Step 3: After the pattern outline is pasted, you can fill it with various colors of paint.After applying the color, use a toothpick to spread the paint evenly.Note: When filling the paint, ensure that it is evenly distributed. After filling, you can tap on the back of the aluminum plate to allow the oil sheen to fully integrate with the outline of the painting. This way, the pattern that comes out after baking will be uniform and beautiful.

Step 4: After the paint is filled, you can bake it. The baking time is generally about 3 minutes, and the temperature is around 200 degrees. When baking, you can drop a drop of water next to the aluminum plate. You can see it. When baking, pay attention to the change of the water. When you find that the water drop has dried, the painting is basically ready.Note: ① The baking time for collagraph is related to the temperature of the four seasons. It takes longer when it is cold, and it is shortened when it is hot, similarly. ② If it is the first time to bake, you can pour some oil paste on the aluminum plate and bake to master the method and control the fire.）

Step 5: After baking, cool the painting for 2 minutes in cold water, then peel it off. At this point, a perfect rubber painting is completed.
