Contact customer service within 15 days of receiving the goods, take photos to confirm if the problem is due to the quality of the product, and then you can exchange or return it. If you do not provide photos or contact after the deadline, the loss will be borne by the customer.

 Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods for exchange or return (please note the model and style of the replacement item).

 Return the product to our company and provide the courier tracking number to our customer service. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is undamaged, we will process a refund or exchange for you.

 The round-trip freight is borne by the buyer.

      Please contact customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods, providing the tracking number, taking photos, and the actual weight of the goods received. If you do not provide or contact after the deadline, the customer will bear the loss.

 After confirmation of the shortfall or mistake, we will send you a replacement.

 The company assumes the freight charges.
