3. Log in to your 1688 account, select the product, and click on the return option. Select the refund reason as "Consensus with the seller."
4. After the refund officer agrees with your application, return the goods to the following address.
After sending the goods, you need to re-enter the return page and click "Fill in Logistics Information" to fill in the logistics company, logistics order number, and contact phone number.
6. After we receive your returned goods and confirm the approval (confirming that the accessories are complete and do not affect resale), we will process your refund within the specified time frame.
Your returned item application has been rejected, possibly because the application method does not comply with the relevant regulations. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid delaying the refund process.
