1. All the dolls are sold at a one-time price, so the shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility. The shipping price is the system default and can be modified directly by the customer service. Any inconvenience caused to you, please understand. The shipping fee is for products under 60cm, and for products over 60cm, there is an additional shipping fee for excess weight. All product prices are the price without tax and need to contact customer service to pay the tax point if you need a tax invoice!

We have a design team that can produce samples based on your specifications or design, and we can also create custom products based on your drawings. We can meet the requirements of various gift companies. All the stuffed animals can be printed with electric embroidery LOGO, screen printing LOGO, cloth LOGO, and heat transfer LOGO.

5. Regarding packaging: unless otherwise specified, all products will be shipped in transparent packaging bags, with the outer packaging being a delivery-use woven bag.

6. About shipping: Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day, while those placed after 5 PM will be shipped the next day. For urgent delivery, please contact customer service.

7. About Express Delivery: All small-quantity products are defaulted to ZTO Express. For express delivery, please contact our customer service if you need to specify a specific courier company. For large quantities, please contact our customer service for further notification regarding logistics.

Customized plush toy production process

Thank you for your trust and support. In order to make it easier for you to understand us, we have listed our business process. If you are a customer who wants plush toys, stuffed animals, fabric gifts, or pillows, please check the following process:

One, the plush products that need to be designed and custom-made by our side.

1. Please call our business or technical personnel.

2. Determine the intention of cooperation.

3. Provide samples, quantity, schedule, specifications, materials, and filling techniques of the processed products as required. Meanwhile, we will calculate a preliminary price range.

4. The client provides physical samples (two are needed, one for mold making and the other for correction).

5. The factory also charges a prototype fee; physical sample prototypes cost 200/unit, and drawing prototype costs 800 yuan/unit. (Note: After the order is successfully signed, the prototype fee will be refunded or used as payment for the goods.

6. The factory will produce a small sample and provide the accurate unit price and schedule for the product. (Note: The processing time for small samples is usually 5 working days, and the processing time for drawings is 7 working days.)

Customer submits feedback and modification proposals, and the factory modifies the prototype according to the requirements.

8. Both parties confirm the final prototype.

9. Sign the production contract, and collect 70% of the full payment as a deposit for regular products, and collect 90% of the full payment as a deposit for special products.

10. Factory arranges for processing and production.

11. Before the goods are delivered to the factory, the customer pays off the remaining balance. We arrange the shipment (If the customer fails to pay the balance on time, the delay in shipment will be the responsibility of Party B).

12. The order is completed, please maintain contact and hope for long-term cooperation.

About shipping costs and delivery:

Orders under 1,500 yuan will be sent by courier.

Orders over 2,1000 yuan can be sent by courier or logistics. If sent by logistics, the freight will be collected upon arrival. The goods will arrive about a week after shipping. Logistics will not deliver to your door, please go to the freight station to pick up (if the place is remote, you may need to go to the city to pick up). If you need to send by logistics, please contact the customer service after placing the order to modify the freight and then make the payment.

3, our store defaults to using ZTO Express for shipping.

If the express delivery cannot be delivered, please contact us to send other express deliveries.

4, Our store offers mixed batch discounts on all other products when the total amount reaches 500 yuan. We also accept custom orders based on samples, offering high-quality products at low prices. We warmly welcome customers to negotiate business.

6, due to the error in the customer's address, any issues arising are the sole responsibility of the customer.
