We do not accept returns or exchanges for these issues, and we kindly ask for your understanding! We refuse to be intermediaries, and we want to return the profits to consumers!
5. Sign-Receipt Instructions
When you receive the package, please do not sign the receipt immediately. Please open and inspect the goods in front of the courier to ensure they are not damaged or short-shipped. If there are any problems, please refuse to accept the goods! Immediately contact the shopkeeper (contact information is on the courier receipt). Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity and condition of the goods, and the shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company for the buyers!
