1 Color Difference Explanation: Due to differences in background lighting and the color reproduction of computer monitors, the color of the product may vary. This is beyond our control and is not considered a quality issue. The product is as per the actual item. If you are very sensitive to color differences and minor imperfections, please carefully consider before placing an order.
2 About shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Essentially, orders placed before 5 PM will be sent out the same day. (Excluding weekends.) In the event of stock shortages, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there is a dedicated shipping staff who checks the shipping documents and the goods. After confirming the accuracy, they will place the goods in a bubble-wrapped 3-layer or more corrugated box, and sign the shipping document before packing and sending the goods together.
3 Express logistics: We default to using Kuangtong, Ytoon and Shentong Express. The choice of express delivery will vary according to the customer's location to ensure the best value for money. If you require other express services, please contact our online customer service. If the express delivery does not reach or if you urgently need the goods, please contact the customer service to change to SF Express and China Post Express. (For goods over 15 kilograms, the seller has the right to choose to send by logistics. The logistics will be sent to the city or county where the customer is located. The customer will self-collect the goods.) For large consignments, please inform the customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the freight station for transportation. This will help you to collect the goods in a short time and at a nearby location. Please note, we cannot control the delivery of express and logistics services. Please do not use the satisfaction of the delivery service or the time it takes to reach as a basis for evaluating us.
4 Regarding Receipt: Please ensure that the person receiving the goods signs for it personally. If the goods are signed for by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's receipt. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the goods.
About after-sales service: If there are any quality problems within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us. We will give a reply for return and exchange, and we will not accept after the deadline. If there are no quality problems, there will be no return or exchange processing. If it is just because you don't like it, the difference between the pictures is too large, it does not meet your expectations, or you are not satisfied with it or not as good as you imagined, the reasons dominated by subjective factors, the products purchased by the buyer are not allowed to return or exchange. However, if the product has objective quality problems such as color difference or gold powder falling off, it will be exchanged or returned.
