3. Quantity: The minimum order quantity varies depending on the style!

Sample time: 1-7 days; Production time: 4-14 days, with specific times depending on the situation and quantity.

Customization process: provide a rough estimate based on the provided drawings, and provide an accurate price based on the provided samples.

Customized items once ordered, are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Deposit and Payment: After confirming the sample (with the sample fee paid), pay a 30% deposit and start the production of the bulk order. Once the goods are ready, we will ship them upon receipt of the payment.
