





Product Production Process:
1. Ingredient Preparation: The raw materials such as raw rubber, transparent agent, and accelerator are mixed in proportion.
2. Rubber mixing: After a certain temperature, the prepared raw rubber is mixed to make the rubber and additives uniform, mature, and maintain the transparency of the products.
3. Material splitting: Based on the product's size and the size of the mold, the material is sliced.
4. Vulcanization molding: High-pressure vulcanization machines are used to mold the raw material of the rubber through high-temperature vulcanization molding at 300 degrees.
5. Trimming: The semi-finished products that have been pressed out by the sulfur machine mold have completed the product's hardness, specifications, and transparency. Products pressed out from the mold will come with some useless edge materials, which need to be trimmed by hand to remove.
6. Surface Treatment: Due to the transparent rubber pad's surface not absorbing adhesive, in order to adhere firmly with various double-sided tapes, the surface of the adhesive tape needs to be treated with a special agent to destroy the surface tissue of the adhesive surface, so that the double-sided tape adheres firmly and is not easily peeled off, with strong adhesiveness.
7、Adhesive Application: After surface treatment, the product is adhered with different double-sided adhesive tape according to the customer's specific requirements. The types of double-sided adhesive tape generally used include: ordinary double-sided adhesive tape: 80-150µ, 3M double-sided adhesive tape, NITTO (Nippon) double-sided adhesive tape, NIKKO (Nippon Paint) double-sided adhesive tape, TESA (Tesa) double-sided adhesive tape, SONY (Sony) double-sided adhesive tape, DIC (Dai Nippon) double-sided adhesive tape, SEKISU (Sekisui) double-sided adhesive tape, Zongyan double-sided adhesive tape, and Higa double-sided adhesive tape, and so on.
8. Punching: The product is formed into a batch-type shape according to the specified specifications using a die set for punching. Generally, when punching, it is half-cut. Half-cut means that there are dozens to hundreds of grains on a rubber pad, with the adhesive on the top being broken, and the release paper on the bottom is not punched through. This makes it easy for customers to operate during use and easy to tear.
9. Selection: After the product is molded well, during the production process, sometimes there are some black spots or defective products with unripe glue inside the rubber pad. If the product is misaligned, it is manually picked out one by one, and then the good products are used to fill in. This way, the finished product of the transparent rubber pad is made.
10. Packaging: General packaging involves using thickened film to wrap the finished transparent rubber pads in multiples of 100 or 1,000, and then placing them into boxes.
