1. Customers who place orders and make payments before 17:00 can have the goods shipped that day. Orders placed and paid after 17:00 will be shipped the next day. If you need urgent delivery that day, please contact customer service. For stock orders, we guarantee to ship within 48 hours. For custom orders with large quantities, customer service will negotiate with the customer.

2. Our factory defaults to using ZTO Express. After customers place their orders, our customer service team will fill in the shipping fees.

【After-sales】

1. When the customer receives the goods and finds any quality issues, please take photos as evidence and contact our customer service. Our customer service will process the issue based on the photos and the customer's description. We will make the necessary returns or exchanges according to the actual situation. We hope to understand each other.

2. Unreasonable returns are not accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If the return is due to quality issues, the factory will bear the shipping fee.

Our factory does not support payment on delivery, as the cost of payment on delivery will be very high. Please contact customer service for the specific calculation of refund amounts. Thank you for your cooperation.
