Shipping

1. Spot products: Customers who place orders and pay before 16:00 can have the goods shipped that day. Orders and payments placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.

2. If there are no stock available, the customer service will inform you in advance and you can place an order after confirming the shipping time. If you need urgent delivery on the same day, please contact customer service. For orders with large quantities, the price and delivery date will be negotiated before placing the order.

3. Our factory defaults to YTO Express. After the customer places an order, our customer service will fill in the freight. If you have special requirements for the courier, please inform the customer service before placing the order.

【After-sales service】

1. When the customer receives the goods and finds any quality issues, please take photos as evidence and contact our customer service. Our customer service will process the issue based on the photos and the customer's description. We will make the necessary returns or exchanges according to the actual situation. 2. Unreasonable returns are not accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If the return is due to quality issues, the factory will bear the shipping fee.
