Specifications and Dimensions
The bag sizes indicated on our design draft are the outer diameter dimensions. There is an acceptable tolerance of 5MM for the finished product dimensions (which is a reasonable printing error). Therefore, please ensure that the size is accurately measured when customizing. If the size is too small due to our company's fault, we will not be responsible for any damage caused. Shipping Instructions
In general, freight is transported with the freight charges collected upon delivery. Freight companies usually do not provide door-to-door delivery services, and we are only responsible for shipping the goods to your city. The freight company will then notify you to pick up the goods.

4Please do not rush to log off after the transaction is completed, so that we can confirm the shipping arrangements. Due to the large number of customers placing orders daily, we adhere to the principle of 'first come, first served', and generally arrange the shipment within 1-2 days. If there are any product shortages, we will notify you in time and refund the excess payment, please rest assured.

5、Before shipping, we will carefully inspect the quality, quantity, and packaging. Only after no problems are found will we send the goods. However, due to long-distance transportation and compression, it is inevitable that there will be some issues with the goods. When you receive the goods, please have the courier present, and carefully inspect the parcel. Only after no problems are found should you sign for the delivery. If you find serious issues, you can have the courier write down the reason on the spot and return the goods, and then contact us in time to explain the situation. We will contact the courier company to resolve the issue. If you raise any objections after signing, it will be difficult to trace who is responsible, and the buyer will bear all the consequences. Please do not have others sign for you, as this will be considered as the buyer's acceptance of the goods.
