Shipping time:Orders paid before 4 PM on the same day will be arranged to be sent out as soon as possible. 1. About invoicing:The product price is the factory price without tax and freight, and if you need the price with tax and invoice, please consult the customer service.

2、关于交易：Since you are familiar with magic products and puzzle toys, magic products include secrets, technology, and props, which are special goods with different nature and play methods from ordinary toys. If you have not been exposed to them before, please consult in detail and decide whether to purchase after understanding. Otherwise, if there is no problem with the product quality to return, the buyer needs to bear the return freight costs. When you receive the goods, please inspect them first, and then sign the express delivery if there is no problem. If you find any problems or the number is wrong when inspecting the product, please contact us within 3 days. If there is no contact with us within 3 days, it will be considered that there is no problem with the product. If the buyer finds that the product has problems after receiving the product and selling it, and cannot prove that the problem existed when receiving the product, the loss will be borne by the buyer.

3. Explanation of Product Quality IssuesThe products sold by our company are of low-cost, ordinary quality. Customers who expect both low prices and high-quality products are advised to exercise caution. Our company's quality issues refer to products that are damaged and cannot be used normally. In such cases, we offer full refunds or replacements. (Any issues such as poor workmanship, uncleanliness, or minor imperfections do not fall under quality issues. If these problems require returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees for the order and the return shipping fees.)

Small products are generally enlarged to make it easier for you to see clearly. The product size and weight are measured by hand, and there may be some errors, please understand. Due to the large number of orders, we cannot check the address one by one. After placing an order, please double-check the address yourself, otherwise the shipping cost for the wrong address transfer needs to be borne by the buyer. After the shipment, if the refund is applied in the middle, the total shipping cost in the order needs to be deducted. For products with multiple colors or styles, they are usually shipped at random. For returns, the shipping and return costs need to be borne by the buyer.

5. About returns and exchanges:Please ensure that the returned products are well packaged to ensure that the packaging and product do not affect secondary sales. Otherwise, we will not accept returns or exchanges. For quality issues with the product, the buyer is required to prepay the shipping fees. We will refund the buyer according to the shipping fees in the order once we receive the goods. If the shipping fees exceed the standard, the customer will have to pay for the excess. Please send the returned products by courier. We refuse to accept freight collect and refuse to deliver at the customer's request.

6. About Express Delivery and Logistics:Default shipping is by STO Express or YTO Express. For orders with a large quantity, it is recommended to use Best Logistics, which is relatively cheaper. Free delivery to the door is available in areas with county-level or higher administrative divisions. You can also specify the logistics company, but there will be a handling fee (the cost of transporting the goods to the specified logistics station).

7. About the Teaching Videos:For products with teaching videos, we will provide them for free. Some products come with instructions, while others have simple gameplay and do not include teaching videos or instructions. Before placing an order, you can consult us first, as we will not provide refunds for products without teaching videos if the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
