【Shipping Time】

【Damaged Replacement】
Although our product packaging is very sturdy, there is a certain risk due to the long-distance transportation by third-party delivery. It is inevitable to squeeze the lamps, especially the glass lampshades. If you find any broken lampshades or accessories upon receiving the goods, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged parts. We will send you free replacement parts by courier.

【Shipping Instructions】
Buyers can choose between prepaid or collect on delivery (COD) as payment methods. The factory will then collect and pay the shipping fee to the courier company. B: If the COD method is chosen, the buyer pays the shipping fee to the courier company directly when the goods are delivered.

【Shipping Instructions】
There are two general ways to ship goods: logistics and express delivery.
A: The advantages of logistics are cheap shipping costs, but the drawbacks are that it takes a little longer and you need to go to the freight yard to pick up the goods yourself; after the logistics goods arrive, a phone call will be made to inform the buyer to ask for the pickup address and phone number, and then to pick up the goods with the identity card of the recipient.
B: The advantages of express delivery are fast transportation and door-to-door delivery, but the disadvantage is that the freight is relatively expensive. Therefore, if the shipment is not urgent, it is generally recommended to send goods by logistics. In principle, express delivery will deliver goods to the door (if within the delivery range).
【After-sales Service】
The factory promises: three years of free warranty. Starting from the date of purchase, if the product experiences electrical problems under normal use, it can receive three years of free maintenance service (excluding the light source), and the warranty scope is limited to repairing or replacing the problem parts.
The following circumstances do not qualify for free warranty services:
Damage caused by improper use or installation of the power supply.
Damage caused by the use of incorrect or improper repairs or modifications.
Damage caused by the improper use of inappropriate accessories due to errors or neglect.

Kindly Reminder: All the lamps and lighting fixtures produced by our factory come with finished effect pictures. As they are electrical products, we kindly ask all buyers to hire a professional electrician to guide the installation of the lamps!!!
