◆ Ordering Notes: When ordering products, if you encounter any parameters about the product that are not specified in the product description or that you cannot clearly understand from the product images (shape, size, usage, material, color, weight, etc.), please make sure to contact us before placing your order to obtain a clear response before making a purchase. Our factory offers custom branding (OEM), as well as public version packaging for both domestic and international trade.

We are a manufacturing company, not a distributor. Normally, we arrange for the shipment within 72 hours. The shipment time for bulk orders is subject to negotiation.

Payment Method: The seller recommends using Alipay or bank transfer. For bulk purchases or custom orders, a 30% deposit can be paid before the goods are shipped, and the remaining balance is paid after the goods are inspected and approved. For mixed batch or small-amount purchases, the goods are shipped only after the payment is received.

About shipping costs: Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Large items are transported by logistics, and the general shipping cost is collected on a payment on delivery basis. The specific cost is determined by the logistics company based on the item (by volume or weight). If you specify a logistics company for shipping, you can communicate with the customer service in advance. For small quantities of samples, we use express delivery. Our company defaults to using Best Express, and if you need urgent delivery, you can contact customer service to send by SF Express.

About the receipt: Please check the goods in time after they are sent out. If you have not received the pickup notice within ten days, please inform the seller in time to facilitate the inquiry about the whereabouts of the goods. When the goods arrive at the logistics station in the city where the customer is, please check the goods packaging for damage before signing. If there is any damage, please do not sign, and please contact us in time.
