1. Exchange handling for defective products
If the product is not worn and has not affected the second sale, and the order is within 2 months and exceeds 20 pieces, contact customer service for an exchange. The return shipping fee will be covered by our side (the seller).
If the order has not accumulated 20 pieces, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer; if the order is more than 2 months, no exchange will be processed.

2. Exchange handling for non-defective tables
For products with no quality issues (including minor imperfections), if exchange is needed, the following discount policy applies for the exchange of the same product in a different color or style:
The order will be calculated at 90% of the value within one month, and the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
The order will be calculated at 80% of the value within 2 months, and the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
The order will be calculated at 70% of the value within 3 months, and the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
Orders over 3 months will not be handled after sales.
When the quantity of exchange is more than 500 or exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or when the after-sales style is a clearance style, no exchange and return processing will be made.
"3. About Mixed Lot
The orders are quite scattered, with only one or two pieces per style, and the quantity of each style is low. Due to the scattered nature of the styles ordered, it takes a significant amount of time to check the inventory, so if there are any missing colors, we will increase the quantity of the same style or send other colors of the same style to make up the total number of pieces in the order. 4、About Shipping
Small parcel express is default to ZTO Express. If you need to change the express, please inform the customer service to change the note when placing an order. If there is no customer service note or self-note, it will be shipped by default express.
Due to the huge volume of shipments, orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day if the inventory is sufficient. In cases where there are shortages, we will notify the buyer immediately or delay the shipment by 1-2 days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.
