3. About acceptance: Ceramics are fragile products. If any damage is found within 48 hours after arrival, please contact customer service. We can send a replacement or refund, or send a replacement in the next order. If the damage is beyond 48 hours, please handle it yourself as we cannot identify the responsibility.
