If the color or style does not meet the customer's requirements, we will not offer exchanges or returns (the customer may specify that if the goods cannot be ordered as requested, they can be treated as out of stock).

8. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. The customer will pay for the shipping costs, and we will reimburse the shipping fee and the actual product cost once we receive the goods. If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, we will not accept the return;
9. Minimum order quantity for each style is 10 pieces. Due to the variety of styles, the seller usually randomly combines the quantities. If the buyer needs to specify the pattern or color, they can inform us through Aliwangwang, or send us an electronic table, document, or table. We will try to match the goods according to the requirements. However, due to the large number of styles and market fluctuations, there may be some styles out of stock. If there are any out-of-stock styles, please apply for a refund after receiving the goods.
10. The styles we upload are usually hot-selling styles in the market. Once a product is sold, it is not possible to return or refund! Please carefully consider before placing an order. Alibaba does not allow returns or exchanges based on poor sales. If there are quality issues with the product, you can exchange the same style within five days of receiving the goods. If the buyer does not like the color or style of the purchased item, you can return the same style within five days and send it back with other patterns, and the postage will be at your own expense. If you need to exchange for other styles, the exchange and return will be subject to a 70% discount (because the product changes frequently, the price may change at any time, the profit is thin, and the transportation may easily cause packaging damage, so it is not recommended to exchange).
