For any goods purchased from our company, if there are any quality issues or if there is a short shipment, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the problem for you in the first time and give you a satisfactory reply.
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature), if you find any functional failure or quality issues with the products, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period. Any false or exaggerated reports will not be accepted once verified.
2. Since it is impossible for customers to inspect all products individually upon receipt, we allow a 7-day period after receipt to discover any quality issues. We will offer exchange or refund processing for any quality problems found during this time.
3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but we may not be able to meet 100% of the requests. If the color and style do not match, or if there are missing items in the entire order, a full refund will not be provided. (Customers may specify that if they cannot meet the requirements for the order, they can handle the missing items.) No exchanges or returns will be allowed.
Payments received before 4:16 PM will result in an immediate shipment that day. In the event of stock shortages, we will notify you between 7:19 PM and 9:21 PM. 7. All customers, please protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories or related documents. 8. If the product packaging is incomplete, the accessories or related documents are missing; if the product is repaired or modified without authorization; if it is used or stored in an abnormal manner; if the product is beyond the warranty period; or if the returned product is labeled, falsified, we will not assume the responsibility for exchange or return.
9. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. The customer will pay for the shipping costs, and we will reimburse the shipping fee and the actual product cost once we receive the goods. If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, we will not accept the return; thank you for your cooperation, and let's start with communication from the heart.
When applying for a refund for the consignment products, the refund amount needs to be reduced by 5.5 yuan, as the price of consignment products includes shipping fees. Shipping fees have been incurred.
